Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from ephraim-unuigbe.com. This policy explains how we process and ship physical books, plus the options, costs and timelines you can expect.
1. Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate dispatch notification with tracking once the parcel ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotions or new releases, processing may take an extra 1–2 days — we'll let you know if there's any delay.
2. Domestic shipping
We offer the following options within the country of dispatch:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take a little longer.
3. International shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. Please check your local rules before ordering.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and chosen service. The full cost is shown before payment — there are no hidden charges from us.
5. Order tracking
Once your parcel ships, we'll email a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update. If your tracking hasn't moved after 5 business days, email info@ephraim-unuigbe.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
6. Undeliverable or returned packages
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange one of:
- Re-shipping — additional shipping costs will apply.
- A refund for the items (excluding original shipping costs).
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses
We can deliver to most P.O. Box addresses via standard postal services. Express services may not support P.O. Boxes — if so, we'll automatically use standard delivery and contact you if there's any change. We are not currently able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please see our Return & Refund Policy or contact info@ephraim-unuigbe.com within 7 days so we can resolve it quickly.
